Spiral Tribe - Forward The Revolution (Big Life, 1992)
You might stop the party but you can’t stop the future.
A new breed of techno rebels continued the outlaw tradition of the 1989 raves, motivated not by profit but by passion, by the idea that there really was a revolution in progress. Circumventing the new law by not charging admission, new techno sound systems like Spiral Tribe began organising free parties, plugging into the old hippie free festival circuit and the nomadic, traveller’s lifestyle. Their growth went largely unnoticed until a convoy of 400 vehicles rolled onto Castlemorton Common in Worcestershire on 21 May 1992, including the Spiral Tribe, Bedlam, DiY, Adrenalin and Circus Warp systems. When the TV news covered the start of the spontaneous festival, cars began rushing to the area and a riotous hundred-hour rave resulted.

Aisha - The Creator (Dancing Time/The Creator, Ariwa, 1986)
Produced by Mad Professor (born Neil Fraser), with roots reggae singer Pamela Ross on vocals. The dub version was later sampled by The Orb on “Blue Room” (Blue Room, Big Life, 1992). Fraser is considered one of the leading producers of dub music’s second generation and was instrumental in transitioning dub into the digital age. [1].
Fast forward into dub.
